My name’s Samantha Gibson, I’m from Ontario, Canada. I started riding in early 2023 and since getting on my first bull I haven’t been able to stop. My home pen is County Xtreme Bulls where I regularly ride their jackpot and buckle series, as well as attend practice. This year I’ve been privileged to be invited to the Blacktop Outlaws Invitational, ride in the RAM rodeo tour and compete in the Cross Over and the Line buckle series.

I’m going into my second season sponsored by The Hat Effect, which under their guidance has helped me train with world champions across the country. I've partnered with Hardcore Candy Inc. To help provide women and girls with a space to get into bullriding and bring more ladies into the sport going forward. With so much going on in just my start up year, I can’t wait to see what’s in store in the future. I’ve met some amazing cowgirls and cowboys and the shows just begun.

My name’s Paige Wingfield. I am a 2004 baby from Ontario, Canada. I have been riding horses since 2007, as well as competing in barrel competitions since 2008. I originally started riding in my hometown, Rockton, at the Rockton Fairgrounds (also known as Rockton World's Fair). I rode there for several years before deciding to further my knowledge on horses and the training industry as well as trying to get more involved in competing. I spent 4 years with one of the best trainers and I’m more than thankful for the time spent with him, and the knowledge he shared with me to get me to where I am now. I now teach beginning and advanced riding lessons as well as barrel racing lessons as well as training horses to be ready for the riding arena. I’m happy to say that I’m starting a show season prioritizing in the RAM Rodeo but also hope to add in a few Rawhide Rodeos, and be present at the NBHA and OBRA.

I couldn’t make this season possible without my amazing partner, Skittles. Skittles is a 2012 Palomino American Quarter Horse. Not only is she known for her stamina, but also her huge personality. She absolutely loves her job and even though she’s in her “teens”, she still acts as though she’s only a baby. A fun fact about this little gal, she is half blind in her right eye, but this does not at all affect her ability to run barrels and poles, as in this sport there’s also an insane amount of trust needed between your horse and yourself. Skittles is an amazing mare and I’m so excited to be able to venture out with her this season.

Finally, I’m doing this season with the support of Bobby and Sherri, from The Hat Effect along with Blue Roan Shop. Without them I would not be able to do as many shows as I wished to accomplish this season, and now they are helping to make my dreams become a reality. Skittles and I are so grateful to be partnering with them, and we’re both looking forward to this adventure alongside T-H-E and Blue Roan Shop.
